A deeply restorative and rejuvenating yoga class for all levels that will release tension from deep in the body and nervous system with hatha yoga asana designed to trigger healing and health of the body.
Traditional yoga techniques are brought together in a holistic way to faciitate deep relaxation and reset the nervous system which include specialised yoga breathing techniques (pranayama), a world recognised form of deep relaxation and ancient meditation techniques that bring about calm, focus and personal insight.
Karen has been teaching for more than 10 years after attaining an advanced Diploma in Yogic Studies in 2008..
