Yoga

Classical Yoga Classes for all abilities

Ben and Karen teach a holistic style of yoga suitable for everyone, from beginners to adepts. It helps to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche – leading the practitioner towards a more harmonious state of being. A class typically feature postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
